This Privacy Policy applies to the Glib: AI Learn & Speak English app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by IOBits Technologies (collectively, the "Application"). IOBits Technologies is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider."
This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, processed, and shared when you use the Application.
Information Collection and Use
The Application may collect certain information automatically when you download and use it. Depending on how you use the Application, this information may include:

AI and Gemini API
The Application uses the Google Gemini API to provide certain AI-powered language-learning features.
When you use features that rely on the Gemini API, information that you submit to those features, such as prompts, text, or other supported content, may be transmitted to Google for processing and generation of the requested AI response.
The processing of information submitted to the Gemini API is subject to Google's applicable terms and privacy practices.
The Service Provider does not intentionally request users to submit sensitive personal information through AI-powered features. Users should avoid submitting passwords, financial information, government identification numbers, or other sensitive personal information unless specifically required for a feature.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Application or its third-party SDKs may use SDKs, advertising identifiers, analytics technologies, and similar technologies to support application functionality, analytics, advertising, security, and service improvement.

Opt-Out Rights
You can stop further collection of information from your mobile device by uninstalling the Application.
Uninstalling the Application stops the Application from collecting information from that device. However, information that was already collected or transmitted may remain with the Service Provider or applicable third-party service providers according to their retention policies and legal obligations.

Data Retention
The Service Provider retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by applicable law.

Automatically collected information may be retained for a period appropriate to the purposes of analytics, security, performance monitoring, advertising, and legal compliance.
